DELIVERY

We ensure that reputed companies like DHL, Fedex, UPS or USPS etc are used for shipments to customers.
All items will be safely wrapped and protected from damages at the time of packing. However, we are not responsible if any damage occurs during delivery or while opening of the box by customers

Our deliver times range from 14-21 working days. However, we try to deliver them as soon as possible and closely update the customer on shipping status. 
Over-sized items & highly-sensitive delivery conditions will be discussed on case to case basis.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

Although we make our best efforts to make sure our customers are satisfied. But, it’s OK to change your mind after receiving the item.

Meembox can refund the item cost once the item is sent back to us and we confirm there are no damages to the artwork, since our arts are very delicate and require care and attention. Once we confirm the refund of the item cost minus the shipping, the amount will be transferred back to your account within 7 to 10 working days. Or you can opt to take an immediate store credit. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Important Note: Customized orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged as they were specifically designed based on your choice of color, dimensions and shape which may not be an industry standard. Such orders are a one time only case for Meem Box. 

Claims for damaged item(s) in shipping or wrong item(s) must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is essential to submit photographic evidence of the damaged item. Upon submitting the pictures, we will review them and ship out a replacement. The old item will be asked to be shipped back based on a decision made by management. If the item is out of stock, then you may wait until the item comes out of production and is delivered to you or you will be refunded the full amount.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Meem Box manages the only store of www.meemboxstore.com.
  2. We accept payments by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in USD for our products. 
  3. Meembox reserves the right to accept or decline requests for customized orders, based on the nature of request.
  4. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the government of Texas in USA.
  5. United States of America is our country of domicile.
  6. Minors under the age of 12 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use this website.
  7. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured and encrypted connection.
  8. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  9. Custom items may take up to 20 days for production.
  10. DUTY CHARGES on INTERNATIONAL shipments are based on each country’s jurisdiction. Meem Box cannot be held accountable for those charges. Please get in touch with your country’s customs authority for more clarifications.
  11. If there exists an error in our listing of product, its image, its description, its price or any other item related to it, then we have the right to decline its sale and refund the amount to buyer. However, an amicable solution or clarification will be provided for such situation accordingly. 
  12. We DO NOT cover items LOST or STOLEN by shipping company. A tracking number will be emailed to customer when item is shipped. It is customer’s responsibility to track items and monitor delivery. Wrong address provided by customer may result in item getting shipped back to us. If that happens, customer will be responsible for all back and forth additional shipment charges. Our free shipping policy only covers one way shipment of products from Meem Box to customer, within USA.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
